In order to get the refund for the failed transaction, user will have to follow the following instruction.
Process to raise the complaint for refund of failed transaction through BHIM apps
Follow the below mention instruction for refund generation :
1. Choose Transaction option on Home Page.
2. Select the declined transactions (highlighted in Red).
3. Click on report issue or call bank.
Refund of Transaction : BHIM application updated with unique features for refund of received payment. Now any fund received may be refunded back through BHIM apps instantly.
